I´m a huge fan of figs. There is nothing like the unique taste and texture of fresh figs. They are lusciously sweet with a texture that combines the chewiness of their flesh, the smoothness of their skin, and the crunchiness of their seeds. I add figs on top of my breakfast – sometimes with a hint of maple syrup. Bon appetit.

Kinfolk magazine is such a joy and great inspiration. I´m a huge fan! Just received this heavy book, stuffed with healthy recipes. The Kinfolk Table is a collection of 85 delectable recipes spread over nearly 400 pages from creative types around the world. Filled with gorgeous photography and design you’re used to seeing in the magazine, the book will inspire your next small gathering. The main cities they chose to focus on are Brooklyn, Copenhagen, their hometown of Portland, Oregon, and the English countryside. A must have!

Pomegranate. The most powerful anti-oxidant of all fruit! Many studies show that the pomegranate is one of the most powerful, nutrient dense food, for overall good health. This is one fruit you need to include in your diet! I use it as topping on my breakfast and in salats. Love the colorful seeds. How do you use pomegranate?

OH SO BLUE, is my private atelier. I like to think of it as a Nordic cottage in an open landscape. Come in! I   want to share it with you.

Sure, it’s a bit tiny but you will find it cosy and stuffed with creativity. What I do here? Anything that I enjoy. Just take a look. Here are photos, kids-stuff, fashion, design, books, accessories, food, wall art and architecture; There’s room for anything that inspires. In my atelier, I just let go, do things just for fun, mix it and add some magic dust – just to see what comes out of it. Handmade woven wall decorations, kids wear, fashion, unique accessories or whatever I feel for today.
