I´m a huge fan of figs. There is nothing like the unique taste and texture of fresh figs. They are lusciously sweet with a texture that combines the chewiness of their flesh, the smoothness of their skin, and the crunchiness of their seeds. I add figs on top of my breakfast – sometimes with a hint of maple syrup. Bon appetit.

Pomegranate. The most powerful anti-oxidant of all fruit! Many studies show that the pomegranate is one of the most powerful, nutrient dense food, for overall good health. This is one fruit you need to include in your diet! I use it as topping on my breakfast and in salats. Love the colorful seeds. How do you use pomegranate?
